At The Health Logic, we strive to provide high-quality health supplements and ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below.

Returns and Replacements

  • Eligibility: Claims for damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense and are eligible for replacement or full refund.

  • Process: To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our customer support team at hlogic@rodlen.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. We will review your claim and notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, replacements will be shipped within 3 business days, or a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few work days.

Exemptions

Please note that we do not grant refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Wrong Address: If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.

  • Buyer's Remorse: We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns or exchanges for such reasons are at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer exchanges, you will need to place a new order at your own expense.

  • Customs Rejection: If a package is returned due to customs rejection, we will not issue a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to research import regulations and pay any necessary customs fees.

  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order that has already been prepared by our fulfillment team but not yet shipped, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order.
